該設(shè)備由手動(dòng)和氣動(dòng)分別實(shí)現(xiàn)閘門板(插板)作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，由行程開(kāi)關(guān)控制電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)：閘門板由托輥支承，并采用錐形口進(jìn)料，閘門]板不會(huì)被物料卡死、漏料，啟開(kāi)時(shí)也不致向外帶料，閘門板運(yùn)動(dòng)自如，阻力小。
